How can we replace oil?

Now oil is the one if not the most used substance in the world right now, its being used at the rate of 1000 barrels per second, that's 86.4 million barrels a day thats 30758400000 barrels a year, and for the people who cant figure out that number that's 30.07 billion barrels of oil a year, thats just an estimate. Now we can clearly see what the impact with be on the economy of countries world wide when this resource dissappears. Now finding a new resource to replace oil is almost impossible, but there is one. hydrogen gas, "now isn't that what they use in bombs!?" Yes it is, but this gas that I am talking about is safe enough to use, you see it's just as capable as gasoline and deisle but safer for the atmosphere and its safer to transport. When you burn gas it gives off harmfull chemicals and carbon but when you burn hydrogen and oxygen together it gives off pure water clean enough to drink straight from the exhaust pipe, or whatever it might be stored in. Another bonus to hydrogen fuel is that its less expensive to make therefore less expensive to buy than gasoline and petroleum byproducts.

what? oil and the end?

Now most of you would be thinking, "what is this lunatic talking about? How can oil be the end of us? thats impossible." Well the cold hard truth is that it is. Oil production today has peaked at 30 billion barrels a year. now you think, " well, that just proves that we are doing just fine." We're not doing just fine, the picture above shows the amount of oil deposit discoveries in the past and the predicted amount for the future of oil discoveries, and the increasing demand for oil. this clearly states how we are NOT doing just fine.
